Porsche Carrera GT

We can now reveal that we will be developing 1:8 and 1:18 scale editions for the Porsche Carrera GT. With a naturally aspirated 5.7-litre V10 engine originally designed for endurance racing, the Carrera GT was Porsche’s definitive supercar during the 2010s and, to some, of all time. Built from 2003, the 980's appearance and stature left no question that it had motorsport in its DNA while its design exhibited all the hallmarks of legendary Porsche racing vehicles. Built as an exclusive run of only 1,270 vehicles, cars now regularly appear on the market for prices over £1 million. The specification will defined in time as the development progresses. The initial prototype at 1:8 scale is scheduled for late Q2 currently, with the first edition models available from early Q3. The 1:18 scale project will follow the development of the 1:8 scale, and we are hopeful that we will have our first batch of models before the end of the year. This fine 1:18 scale limited edition model of the Porsche Carrera has been handcrafted and finished in our workshops using detailed colour and material specifications, and reworked CAD data supplied directly from Porsche. Furthermore, it has undergone detailed scrutiny by both engineering and design teams to ensure complete accuracy of representation.
